Suzanne Reid is a dynamic business professional and entrepreneur with over 30 years of combined experience across multiple industries, including retail, manufacturing, education, real estate, customer service, and human services. Her diverse background has equipped her with extensive expertise in loan signings, human resources, payroll, benefits administration, training and development, background screenings, and client relations, as well as proficiency with a wide range of industry software systems.
Suzanne holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Project Management and held certifications as a Certified Quality Management Professional and Investigator with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). She is also a Certified National Fire Safety Instructor, Certified National HSI, American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor, and a Certified Safe Crisis Management (SCM) Instructor.
In addition to leading PLOMC, LLC, Suzanne is the Program Director of PLOMC Community Service, where she provides residential homes and supportive services for children and youth ages 13-18, demonstrating her deep commitment to community impact and youth development.
As a Pennsylvania Notary Public, Suzanne is commissioned as an eNotary (RON & IPEN) and a Certified Loan Signing Agent, holding certifications through the National Notary Association (NNA), Loan Signing System, and Pavaso. She is an active member of the National Notary Association (NNA), American Payroll Association (APA), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Richard Jeffery brings more than 35 years of professional experience in operations, technology, administration, and organizational leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and brings extensive experience in developing and managing the systems, processes, and technology infrastructure necessary to support efficient and sustainable business operations.
As COO, Richard works closely with PLOMC’s executive leadership to oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations and ensure that administrative and operational systems effectively support the delivery of quality services. His responsibilities include operational planning, staff and workflow management, regulatory compliance, facilities and vendor coordination, business continuity, and organizational technology.
Richard also provides leadership for PLOMC’s information technology and cybersecurity functions, including computer and network systems, telecommunications, software and cloud-based platforms, system access and security, data protection, technology vendors, and staff technology support and training.
With more than three decades of experience, Richard brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to leadership. He is committed to strengthening organizational systems, improving operational efficiency, supporting employees, and ensuring PLOMC has the infrastructure and resources necessary to provide safe, dependable, and high-quality services to the children, families, and communities it serves.
His leadership plays an important role in PLOMC’s continued growth while helping ensure that the organization maintains strong standards of accountability, compliance, security, and operational excellence.
Kathy Thompson-Robinson is a certified NNA Notary Signing Agent with over 17 years of experience in the field. She has excellent communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills, along with an outstanding work ethic and the ability to work well in diverse environments. She prides herself on triple-checking all documents before leaving the appointment; however, if an error occurs, she fixes it immediately upon notification. I specialize in loan documents for Refinance, Home Purchase or Sale, Home Equity Line of Credit, Reverse Mortgage, VA and FHA Loans, POA, and Occupancy Affidavits. I serve Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach counties. I am willing to travel further with fee adjustments, as needed. I can ensure completed original documents are hand-delivered the same day or delivered via courier, if closing is before UPS Regular/Priority drop-off at 6:00 pm and FEDEX drop-off at 7:00 pm, to the appropriate company per instructions.
