Suzanne Reid is a dynamic business professional and entrepreneur with over 30 years of combined experience across multiple industries, including retail, manufacturing, education, real estate, customer service, and human services. Her diverse background has equipped her with extensive expertise in loan signings, human resources, payroll, benefits administration, background screenings, and client relations, as well as proficiency with a wide range of industry software systems.
Suzanne holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and is a Certified Quality Management Professional and Investigator with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). She is also a Certified Field Inspector, Certified Fire Safety Instructor, Certified HIS, and American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor, and a Certified Safe Crisis Management (SCM) Instructor.
As a Pennsylvania Notary Public, Suzanne is commissioned as an eNotary (RON & IPEN) and a Certified Loan Signing Agent, holding certifications through the National Notary Association (NNA), Loan Signing System, and Pavaso. She is an active member of the American Payroll Association (APA), National Notary Association (NNA), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

We prepare documents in advance when possible and can explain them so our clients understand exactly what to expect from the process. We are detail-oriented to avoid missing information, dates, signatures, initials, and stamps. Our team is responsible for triple-checking documents before leaving the client and before finalizing the documents.

Kathy Thompson-Robinson is a certified NNA Notary Signing Agent with over 17 years of experience in the field. She has excellent communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills, along with an outstanding work ethic and the ability to work well in diverse environments. She prides herself on ensuring that all documents are triple-checked before leaving the appointment; however, if there is an error, it will be fixed immediately upon notification. I specialize in loan documents for Refinance, Home Purchase or Sale, Home Equity Line of Credit, Reverse Mortgage, VA and FHA Loans, POA, and Occupancy Affidavits. I provide services in the following counties: Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach. I am willing to travel further with fee adjustments, as needed. I can ensure completed original documents are hand-delivered the same day or delivered via courier, if closing is before UPS Regular/Priority drop-off at 6:00 pm and FEDEX drop-off at 7:00 pm, to the appropriate company per instructions.
