Our Management Team

Suzanne Perry has spent the majority of her career in a variety of industries, from retail, manufacturing, education, real estate, and customer service, to human services, all while gaining knowledge in areas such as loan signing, human services, payroll, human resources, benefits, background screenings, and customer service, along with mastering a variety of different software. With over 30 years of combined experience, Ms. Perry has a Master's in Business Administration and Project Management, she is a Certified Quality Management and Investigator with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Office of Development Program (ODP), Certified Field Inspector, Certified Fire Safety Instructor, Certified HSI and American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor, Certified Safe Crisis Management (SCM) Trainer (March 2026), Pennsylvania Notary Public, eNotary, Loan Signing Agent having certifications with National Notary Association, Loan Signing System, and Pavaso. She is also a member of the American Payroll Association (APA), National Notary Association (NNA), and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
