PLOMC Community Service is developing a safe, structured, supportive, home-like residential program for youth who need stability, guidance, and consistent support as they navigate major life transitions. Serving Northeast Pennsylvania. Located in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, our Youth Residential Program is designed to provide more than a place to live—we are creating an environment where young people can feel supported, develop confidence, strengthen life skills, and prepare for a successful future.

Our individualized, youth-centered approach will focus on 24-hour residential support and supervision, educational success, life-skills development, family and supportive-adult engagement, employment and career readiness, health and wellness coordination, recreation, community involvement, and transition planning.
