PLOMC Community Service is developing a safe, structured, supportive, home-like residential program for youth who need stability, guidance, and consistent support as they navigate major life transitions. Located in the Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, area, our Youth Residential Program is designed to provide more than a place to live—we are creating an environment where young people can feel supported, develop confidence, strengthen life skills, and prepare for a successful future.
Our individualized, youth-centered approach will focus on 24/7/365 residential support and supervision, educational success, life-skills development, family and supportive-adult engagement, employment and career readiness, health and wellness coordination, recreation, community involvement, and transition planning.
1:1 supervision is available as an extended add-on service. 1:1 criteria are based on a history of elopement, aggressive tendencies, and kleptomania. The home's admission criteria are based on how we can build the youth up, help them master coping skills, eliminate triggers, and support their growth. Youth with tendencies toward elopement and fire setting are ineligible for admission to the facility.
PLOMC respects the identified sexuality of our youth, including those who identify as transgender, gender fluid, and non-binary.

PAYROLL:
We’ll calculate, file, and process your federal and state payroll taxes using software such as QuickBooks, Paychex Flex, and ADP Run.
